DITY Beads is committed to providing a
fine quality product that will last for
years to come.
DITY Beads products are handcrafted from
sterling silver, crystal, glass and
semi-precious materials utilizing the highest
standards of workmanship. Because these products
are handcrafted, slight variations in
silversmith work, semi-precious appearance, and
bead colors are natural and these variations
should not be considered a defect.
Sterling silver beads, letters, charms, and
toggles may also vary slightly and these
variations should not be considered a defect.
60 DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE
Should one of our products arrive defective, DITY Beads will repair the item at no cost to you. Simply request a Return Authorization Form within 60 days from the date of the Party. Be sure to complete the Return Authorization Form and include your receipt as proof of purchase with your item to be repaired.
The 60 Day Quality Guarantee does NOT cover sizing issues (i.e. a bracelet is too big or small, etc). Items that must be resized are covered under the Lifetime Service Guarantee.
DITY Beads products are custom-made based on the size you order. Our quality standards ensure that you receive the size ordered within our standard tolerances (+- 1/8” inch).
Please be aware that due to the custom nature of our product, if the size you ordered does not fit the entire product must be remade to a different size.
LIFETIME SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you experience a problem with a DITY Beads product after the 60 Day Guarantee Period or if your item requires resizing, you may return the item for restringing.
The fees for repairs/restrings are as follows
:
- Bracelet, Watch, Anklet: $7 per strand if no beads are missing, $15 per strand with beads missing
- Chain Necklace or Lariat: reattach clasp $3, replace broken chain for 50% of current retail price
- All Bead Necklace: $12 if no beads are missing, $25 with beads missing
- Interchangeable Leather Necklace/Bracelet (not including bead segment): $3
- Bead Segment: $5 if no beads are missing, $10 with beads missing
- Earrings/Pendant/Keychain/Bookmark/Cell Phone Jewelry: $5 if no beads are missing, $10 with beads missing
Additional fees may be incurred if an item must be made longer than was originally paid for (i.e. turning a 16” bead necklace into a 20” bead necklace).
Our warranty assumes the damage occurred as a result of normal use. Any misuse or use contrary to the Use and Care instructions will void this warranty.
BEFORE YOU RETURN
Because the 60 Day Quality Guarantee and
Lifetime Service Guarantee are offered by DITY
Beads, ALL repairs MUST be handled through the
Company and NOT the Consultant.
Please follow these instructions before you
return your item to us:
- Request a Return Authorization Form from
service@ditybeads.com (include your reason
for the return).
- Include the completed Return Authorization
form.
- Include the original sales receipt.
- Include any monies owed plus $2.95 for S&H (if
more than 60 days from the Show date).
Returned items without a completed Return
Authorization Form will not be accepted.
PACKING & SHIPPING
- For your own protection, please return your
items to us in a secure package and ship your
package using a method that can be tracked (e.g.
USPS with the Delivery
confirmation option).
- We recommend that returned items be shipped in
a corrugated cardboard box or padded envelope.
We cannot honor the warranty on any item that
arrives at DITY Beads severely damaged during
shipping.
- Pease note that shipping charges are not
refundable and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

REFUND POLICY
Due the design it yourself nature of our
products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges
if you designed an item that does not appeal to
your taste.
